Corporate Hospitality Housing is Hiring a Community Manager Near Grand Prairie, TX

Community Manager - Bilingual
Our company strives to attract highly motivated and dedicated professionals for our apartment management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with residents, completing administrative tasks, processing maintenance requests and arranging meetings with property managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Deal with residents by performing duties such as collecting rent, making repairs, and checking in on all apartments.
  • Handle tenant issues and complaints.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance, painting, and other building projects.
  • Ensure that the apartment is meeting state and federal housing codes.
  • Deal with refusals to pay rent.
  • Have a good eye for interior decoration.
  • Be able to communicate clearly with the team and our residents
  • Have a variety of professional skills related to the maintenance of an apartment building.
  • Manage work orders and coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and maintenance.
  • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, documenting conditions and coordinating cleaning and repairs to prepare properties for new tenants.
  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income. Handle leasing inquiries, show properties, and screen potential tenants.

Daily Tasks:

  • Completing lease paperwork.
  • Collecting rent payments.
  • Showing apartments to prospective tenants.
  • Ensuring that the facilities meet state safety codes.
  • Solving conflicts.
  • Manage team

  • Proven experience as a Property Manager, with a solid understanding of property management for multifamily.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing small teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, team members, and contractors.
  • Knowledge of relevant real estate laws, including fair housing regulations, evictions, and lease negotiations.
  • Proficiency in property management software Realpage a bonus
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Experience level:

  • 5 years

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
